Marketing Executive (Jakarta Area)

Responsibilities:

* Recruit, train and develop new agents
* Manage and motivate agency and Head Office through Marketing Support
* Responsible for explaining Company's Regulations to agency
* Follow all Branch Manager's instruction and subject to Branch Manager's control
* Prepare marketing plan and activity for his/her team subject to Branch Manager's approval
* Analyze problem in his or her team including market or competitor analysis

Requirements:

* Male or Female
* Age max 32 years old
* University or Academy degree from any discipline
* Target and sales oriented
* Strong leaderships to manage a team, dynamic and energy
* Good personality and able to work independently a team
* Experience from automobile, life insurance or financial institutions
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
